Dealing with relationship trust issues after an affair is a virtual mountain that can not be climbed. An affair is just a final crushing blow to end the partnership. Or that is what most people would believe. Personally I disagree and the reason for this is that I feel that any breakup is fixable if both of you are prepared to work at it. But the key to getting through this mess is to restore the trust that has been lost. Let's explore some ways that could show how to regain some of that trust after an affair.
Firstly, we need to look at some of the more common causes of infidelity. What exactly was it that made you stray? If everything in your relationship was fine there should have been no reason to seek the affections of another. Perhaps there was an underlying problem within the relationship that you were not happy with but just could not figure out what it was.
What were you looking for that you got yourself into an affair? Had your sex life become a tired and boring task or was she too busy to give you any time. I had been looking for ways to add extra pizzazz to my blogs and sites, and have only just got into audio and podcasts. Podcasts seem to rank well in SEO.
Then I looked more closely at Wordpress and discovered that I couldn't just load and go. I dug around and came across a number of articles referring to Wordpress plugins such as Cool Player and Anarchy Media Player. I didn't feel like setting up yet another plug in, with the attendant danger of the software becoming unsupported and so on (lorelle's Wordpress blog was very informative).
I'd just posted a podcast on Podbean and wondered whether I could make use of that. Then I worked out how to do it.
Here's how:
1. Open your Podbean account and locate your podcast under the My Dashboard/Manage tab.
2. Below the 'Play Now' buttons you should see the rectangular Audio MP3 button. Alongside this is a list of options underlined with dashes.
3. Click the 'Embeddable Player' option and copy (ctrl+c) the script code in the box. There is currently a choice of only two button colours. I had a look at the html code and couldn't see a quick way to change the button theme colours.<
3. OK, create your post in your Wordpress blog, with some suitable introductory text - just a brief summary of what is in the Podcast. Alternatively, my preference is to include the full text of the article/post and offer the Audio option:
'In a hurry? No time to read this great post? Hit the Podbean button and listen in while you do something else!'
4. Then, paste in the Podbean script where you want it in your post(make sure that you have the html view of the post). I prefer to put it at the beginning, as you don't want people to read your post and then find out that they could have listened to it (though it does depend on content - whether it is pure entertainment or informational).
That's it - just publish/update your Wordpress post and the button is live.
The great thing is that the button goes out on the blog's RSS feed and is accessible on the feedreader (I use feedburner, so I have not tested any others) - the button diplayed properly, and worked as it should have.

Relaxation Technique
1. Lay against a wall.
2. Have the legs open 18 to 24 inches. Rest hands on the thighs, palms facing the ceiling with the fingers slightly curled.Relax.
3. Listen passively to sounds in the distance and Lay in the posture for 10 to 15 minutes.
The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj. It means binding, joining, and attaching. It also means union or communion.
'It thus means,' says Mahadev Desai in his introduction to the Gita according to Gandhi, 'the yoking of all the powers of body, mind and soul to God; it means the disciplining of the intellect, the mind, the emotions, the will, which that Yoga presupposes; it means a poise of the soul which enables one to look at life in all its aspects evenly.'
Yoga aims at putting us back into natural living. Yoga follows certain path to attain this.
First of this is Asanas -- physical postures. Asanas give mild pressures to certain body parts, squeezes out the toxins and provides fresh blood circulation to those areas.
The second is to educate people about how to breathe better. This is Pranayama. It is proved experimentally that we normally take only about 500 mls ( mls--millilitres ) instead of 3700 mls which our normal lung capacity. With proper practice of pranayama we can increase our lung capacity slowly.
Pranayama allows the entire body to get oxygenated and burns out toxins from cells. By breathing alone, we can prevent and cure many ailments.
The best way of course is not to put any toxins in our system. Our food should contain clean nutrition, free from any toxins & easily digestible.
The same holds good for mind. The mind is constantly fed upon our thoughts. Thought is the food for the mind. Thoughts affect both mind and body. Our thoughts also need to be nutritious. Positive & constructive.
Meditation is recommended in Yoga. First you need to know your present thoughts. Then you need to fill the mind with proper thoughts & lead a dedicated, selfless life.
Do everything for the joy of doing it. That is yoga. This is the yoga way to clean the body and mind so you can truly enjoy the life. You are relaxed and in good health always.

Genvec
Recently, GenVec (GNVC) had to discontinue its final stage trial of TNFerade in patients with pancreatic cancer following an interim analysis.
GenVec took this decision based on discussions with a Data Safety Monitoring Board. They came to the conclusion that the trial is unlikely to meet its goal of improving overall survival in patients. The phase III trial, conducted with 330 advanced pancreatic cancer patients, compared treatment with TNFerade (together with standard of care (SOC)) to SOC alone.
It was observed that the TNFerade plus SOC arm demonstrated an 8% lower risk of death compared to SOC alone, which is not statistically significant. However, the company will continue to analyze data from the trial to decide its future strategy on TNFerade. It is also being evaluated for other indications such as head and neck, esophageal and rectal cancer.
Following the disappointment of TNFerade in pancreatic cancer, GenVec will be focusing on its vaccine program. The company develops vaccines for infectious diseases including HIV, malaria, foot-and-mouth disease, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and HSV-2 by using its proprietary adenovector technology.
In addition, GenVec is also quite optimistic about its collaboration agreement with Novartis (NVS) for the development of treatments for hearing loss and balance disorders. Preclinical results have found strong potential in GenVec's adenovector technology for the restoration of hearing and balance functions.
Per the agreement, Novartis has acquired worldwide rights to the program, for which it has paid $5 million upfront. GenVec is also eligible to get up to $213.6 million in the form of milestone payments and royalties on the sale of the drug. In addition, Novartis has bought shares of GenVec worth $2 million. It will also provide funding to GenVec for conducting research programs for the development of additional adenovectors for hearing loss.
